I'm well aware of the congestion on the M25 caused by the road widening work at the moment, so was pleased to accept an invitation from the Highways Agency to go and see the work in progress.

The motorway is currently being widened between J27 and J28. J28 to J29 will be widened next year and the project should finish in July 2012 with the final stretch between J29 and J30 being completed.
